If you are on holiday and you have forgotten to get hired car insurance, then they can actually offer it to you within the rental store. However, getting insurance from the actual rental place can be quite pricey and so you will not want to leave it until the last minute. When booking your actual travel insurance, be sure to make sure that you have car hire insurance sorted out.
