30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
Within the first 30 days of your date of shipment, you can return the product for any reason. Please fill out the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Form and choose the "Return" option. We will refund your credit card 100% of your purchase price less the shipping and handling charges. Please note: unlike our general return policy we cannot accept returns of unsealed electronics, please be careful when ordering to choose the correct item. Defective electronics can be exchanged as per the manufacture's warranty.*
- If your item is defective during the first 30 days after purchase: Please complete a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Form and choose the "Exchange" option. We will send out a call tag for the product return, pick up the defective item, and send you a replacement item all at our expense.
- After 30 days, defective items are covered by the manufacurer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service or replacement. Do not return products to the shipper or MarineNutz.

*For all non-defective items, customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items that were shipped to customer with "free shipping" will have the shipping and handling fee deducted from the refund. Items must be in “as new” condition and in their original packaging, or they may not be eligible for a refund or additional fees may apply. Items that are refused delivery by the purchaser will be assessed a $20 refusal fee in addition to the return shipping charges.
